These two little ones are either loving eachother with hugs and kisses or hitting eachother over the head with toys... either way they are little friends and fun to watch grow up together!!

Christmas Down South....
There was one positive thing that came out of Uncle Kerry's passing. It brought my dad's side of the family a little closer especially around Christmas time. We had our 2nd Annual Allred Christmas party in Cleveland. My Grandma Allred was able to come home from the nursing home after breaking her hip to spend the day with us. The kids all opened presents and had fun seeing eachother.. Especially Eliza and Audyson, they are so adorable. We had lots of yummy food and just enjoyed eachothers company. It's nice to be able to spend time with family around the holidays, as an adult you realize that is what Christmas is all about...

Eliza's first visit to the Dentist
I took Eliza's binky away about two months ago, we threw it in the garbage and said "bye bye binky" It was the easiest thing we ever did, she has not asked for it once!! The dentist said that her teeth will be fine, even though she had the binky for two years. She was the sweetest little girl for the dentist, just sat there and opened her mouth when he asked her to. She is such an easygoing little girl I couldn't have asked for more. We had fun at the dentist and Nemo was even there so it was perfect...

Way too tired.....
Writing in my blog is very therapeutic for me, it feels like I am writing in my journal and getting things off my chest, even if I am the only one who reads it.... :) Soooo, I changed my settings so that you can't search for our blog in a search engine. I absolutely think that is good enough I am way too tired (and lazy) to send out emails inviting everyone to read my blog, it's really not that interesting anyway. So I am leaving it at that, read about our boring life all you want!!!! :)

Taking it Private....
Trig finally discovered that our family blog is not private as I had previously told him...I hate when blogs are private, usually they are the ones that I would love to take a peek at.. Regardless I am going to go private. Please leave me a message with your email and I will send an invite.. I don't care who you are as long as I know who you, I will invite you. Even if you don't have a blog you can still get an invite... Happy Thanksgiving!!!!

To Soon For Christmas Spirit???
Each year I am annoyed at how early Christmas decorations adorn the stores. Don't get me wrong, I love Christmas but I feel that it is a very special holiday and shouldn't be rushed and so commercialized. Last year I remember driving through the neighborhood and wanting to egg a few houses that had their Christmas trees up and lights on right after Halloween. Give me a break!!! Well, I guess this year I will be a hypocrite. This cold gloomy weather has put me into the holiday mood.. It takes me three days to get all of my Christmas stuff up so I am going to put away Thanksgiving stuff and haul out my EIGHT boxes of Christmas goodies...... Call me crazy. I won't however be putting up the tree or turning on any lights until after Thanksgiving.. I wouldn't want to get "egg'd"

Going Private...
I'm debating whether or not I should make my blog private. Trig thinks it already is, otherwise he would not allow it. I just think "how are the weirdos going to find my blog and what would they even do". I guess it's better to be safe than sorry..... That would mean that family and friends that don't have a blog can't look at it right? I will have to check it out......

Halloween Time at Disneyland
This is so much easier than scrapbooking!!! So Wednesday morning Ethan received a phone call from Mickey Mouse telling him that he was going on a trip... He was more than excited when he found out we were going to DL. The car was already packed and we were on our way. So Eliza and Ethan have been watching Tim Burton's "The Nightmare Before Christmas" over and over and over. Who knew that it would be the main theme at Disneyland this year and maybe every year I'm not sure. Ordinarily, Eliza would have freaked out by this tall skinny skeleton man but nope, she loved him!! The last time we were at Disneyland I was 5 months pregnant with Liza, so I missed out on pretty much everything!! This trip I more than made up for it. We went with our sweet friends and neighbors the Elam's who had never been before. When we arrived it was overwhelming, what to do first, all of the familiar sights and smells... We met so many characters this trip which was so neat, Eliza was so cute with all of them especially Pluto. She didn't know what to do with herself, she was the happiest little girl in the world. We went to California Adventure on Halloween Night to the "Mickey Mouse Trick or Treat Party" It was crazy fun, Eliza and Ethan were both pirates, (0ne creepy one sweet). Eliza got so many compliments on her costume and was such a little doll.
The Highlights of our trip: Caramel Apples, Pirates of the Carribbean, The Haunted Mansion, Trick or Treating at DL, Seeing E and E so incredibly happy and excited and THANKFUL!!!

Family Pictures
We have had the same photographer do our family pictures for the last two years and have loved his style. This year to mix things up a little we used an "oldie but goodie." Well, she's not really old but Trig and I used to work with her at First Security Bank back in the day. A friend of mine came upon her wedding photography booth at a wedding expo and that's how we found Lindsey Stewart, photographer extraordinaire. She has started her own company, "Green Apple Photography." She took us down to American Fork to an old "antiques" mall in the middle of quaint little neighborhood. We first pulled up and Ethan said "mom what's all this junk, we're getting our pictures taken here????" We weren't too sure at first what to think but in the end we couldn't have picked a better place. I love these pictures and wanted to share them especially grandma and grandpa. Lindsey's blog is under "My Links." Feel free to contact her she is absolutely amazing and the kids Loved her especially Liza.... Anyway, here a just a few of our many favorites. Thanks Lindsey!!!
